		<description>Dear Carolijn,
Sorry for the delay with the response to your request.

How to Download Microfinance Podcast Videos:

(Downloading video files can take a VERY long time, depending on the speed of your internet connection and the power of your computer.)

You need QuickTime to play our downloaded video files on your computer. QuickTime runs on both Windows and Macintosh computers. QuickTime can be downloaded by itself, but it also comes automatically with iTunes.
1. On the Home Page of the Microfinance Podcast (www.microfinancepodcast.com) click on Download/Subscribe in the upper right corner.
2. RIGHT CLICK this link (CONTROL CLICK on a Mac) to download the Play icon below the video that you wish to download.
3. Save the file in a location where you can find it easily.
4. After you have downloaded and successfully installed QuickTime, double click on the downloaded video segment and the file should play automatically.

NOTE: Downloaded Microfinance Podcast video files cannot be played from a DVD. This requires a compression method that is different from that required for Quicktime files.

Please, let us know if it worked for you. We would also appreciate if you leave us a comment on the web site or on iTunes.

Thank you,
Oxana Holtmann

		<description>Dear madam/sir,

Can you please advice on the best way to view the microfinance podcasts in a low-speed internet environment?

I am very interested in the microfinance podcasts. My impression of the half video I have seen is very positive. Now I am living in Zambia where there is no broadband. I can still watch videos and download big documents. I am not sure whether this is possible for microfinance podcasts. Normally I download a video and play it later on. It looks as if it is only possible to download the video&#039;s using itunes, which requires broadband internet.

Thanks
